Ayavex SolutionsAyavex Leads: privacy
Last updated 9 October 2026
Ayavex Leads (leads.ayavex.com) is an internal tool that Ayavex Solutions and its invited partners use to keep track of customer outreach. It is not open to the public: only people invited to a campaign can sign in.
What we collect when you sign in
When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email address, and nothing else from your account. We use them only to check that you were invited and to show who wrote each note.
What you add
Notes, pasted emails and photos that you add are stored so the people on the same campaign can see them. Please don't paste anything you aren't allowed to share with them.
Where it is kept and who sees it
- Data is stored on a server operated by Ayavex Solutions. It is not sold, and it is not shared outside Ayavex and the partners on the same campaign.
- We set one cookie to keep you signed in. There are no ads or tracking.
- The map uses OpenStreetMap and US Geological Survey map tiles, which your browser loads from those services.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your access or delete what you added at any time: email munkhtsolmonm@ayavex.com.
